How do I book a cleaning service?
Booking a cleaning service is easy. You can contact us through our WhatsApp, and our friendly staff will assist you in scheduling a service at your convenience.
What is the difference between general cleaning and professional cleaning (spring cleaning, move in / move out cleaning, post renovation cleaning)?
General cleaning is a regular maintenance service, while professional cleaning includes specialized services like spring cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning, which involve a more detailed and thorough cleaning process.
When do I need to make payment?
Payment needs to be made prior to the service, and booking will only be confirmed upon payment. Rest assured that we provide a 100% refund if (1) our staff did not attend the cleaning session or (2) if the service does not meet your standards.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you're dissatisfied, please contact us immediately after the service. We'll make every effort to rectify the situation by arranging a make-over cleaning session. If, despite our efforts, the service still doesn't meet your expectations, we assure you a full refund.

➤ For 5 Hours Cleaning: Daily 2 pm - 7 pm
Please note that we do not accept bookings between 12 pm and 2 pm, as our staff require this time for lunch and travel to your location. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you!
